The Feldenkrais Method® is a unique practice which improves mobility through the awareness of breath and movement. It has been around for over sixty years and has helped many people recover function after illness, injury and trauma.

During the class you are encouraged to become more aware of your habits and rigidities which allows you to expand options for new ways of moving, by increasing your sensitivity to the subtle movements of the body.  The Method engages the brain and enables the student to reduce pain, improve function, refine ability and improve neuromuscular organisation.

It can help with the reduction of chronic or acute pain, assists recovery from surgery; improves mobility and coordination and rediscover innate capacity for graceful, efficient movement or improving sporting performance.

 The class is for all adults.
